Gang Leader Izo Uses Drones to Monitor Police

For over three years, gang leader Izo has used surveillance drones to monitor every police movement in downtown Port-au-Prince, especially near the Sylvio Cator Stadium. His drones reportedly provide real-time images of PNH operations, covering areas from Champ de Mars to Rue Cameau and his base. Despite repeated failures in operations, the police have yet to deploy anti-drone technology to counter these tactics.
