Gang Attack Burn Police Station

Armed bandits burned down the only police station in Basen Ble, stripping the commune in Haiti’s Nord-Ouest department of all formal security presence. With both the hospital and police station destroyed in recent attacks, residents face heightened insecurity, and many have fled their homes to escape the escalating violence.
