Viv Ansanm Blocks Mibalè Entrances

Viv Ansanm gang blocked all main entrances to the city of Mibalè after spotting heavy equipment being prepared by security forces for a possible operation. In response to ongoing insecurity and lack of government action, residents of the Lower Central Plateau threatened to cut off electricity from the dam an essential power source for the capital if their concerns are not addressed. Drone footage shows the blockade near the “Dèyè Kwa” area, a key entry point to Mibalè.
