Road Obstruction Near OAVCT in Tabarre

Several houses near the OAVCT area in Tabarre are occupied by gang members who use them to monitor, ambush, and attack passing civilians. Large amounts of dirt have been pulled from the ravine and dumped onto the road, effectively blocking the passage. This blockage makes it difficult for armored vehicles to maneuver and increases the risk of trucks overturning on the curve. As a result, gangs now have a more comfortable position to carry out violent acts, putting the public at greater risk.
