In Kenscoff, a police vehicle was reportedly seized by members of the gang “Ti Chimè”, based at the Matisan stronghold (Base 5 Segond) under the leadership of gang/terrorist IZO. The vehicle was reportedly used to carry armed gang members. Separately, gang leader Krisla possesses a similar vehicle stationed behind his residence in Deloui (Fontamara). Krisla’s vehicle was reportedly captured years ago in Habitation Leclerc, highlighting ongoing gang control and the use of police resources for criminal activities.
