5. Data & API Integrations

Our platform may use services provided by Meta, OpenAI, and others. Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

You acknowledge that:

• Location or communication data may be processed through third-party APIs
• Your use of WhatsApp or Facebook features on the platform is subject to Meta’s policies

We may suspend or terminate your access to HaitiMap at any time if we suspect abuse, violations of these terms, or technical harm to the service.

HaitiMap is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data or features on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaitiMap and its team are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the service.
