In Cap-Haïtien, protesters have reported burning tires placed in front of the APN building (Assemblée Parlementaire Nationale). The act appears to be part of a broader unrest with residents expressing anger; it has caused blockages and disrupted traffic near the APN. No official explanation has yet been confirmed for the protest.
